“What to Do with a Mind that Won't Get Quiet”

During this day-long workshop Dan Nussbaum and Ron Sharrin will talk on the evolving understanding how thinking fits into meditation practice. There will be three or four meditation sittings, and the topic will be discussed in terms of one’s meditation practice and the goals of one’s meditative path. There will be opportunities to talk about your meditation practice, ask questions, and meditate in silence for periods of 30 to 45 minutes.
